By accessing and using our application UnderGrid, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Use of Content
- All images in the UnderGrid are sourced from free platforms such as Unsplash, Pixabay, Pexels, etc, following their usage agreements.
- Users may upload custom images, which are stored locally in the browser.
- Future updates may allow image collections to be saved on our servers.
3. User Accounts & Registration
- To access certain features, users must register with a username and email or use Google sign-in.
- Google sign-in will assign the user’s Google profile information (username, avatar, email) to their account.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4. Game Statistics & Leaderboard
- The UnderGrid tracks game statistics, including the number of games played and top collections.
- User profiles and statistics are private by default, with an option to make them public in the future.
5. User-Generated Content & Copyright Compliance
- Users may upload images to create collections, similar to social media platforms.
- Uploaded content must not violate copyright, intellectual property, or ownership rights.
- If a copyright violation is reported, we reserve the right to review and remove the content.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Upload or distribute illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
- Use the UnderGrid for fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activities.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities in the UnderGrid.
7. Cookies, Analytics & Data Usage
- The UnderGrid uses cookies and local storage for functionality and preferences.
- We use Supabase for analytics to improve user experience.
- Data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- The UnderGrid is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Users assume all risks associated with using the UnderGrid.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the UnderGrid after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
